针对目前热连轧生产中,由于厚度设定模型精度不高所造成的头部厚度偏差较大的实际问题,本文研究提出了一种基于实时负荷分配的快速监控AGC方法。新方法通过对负荷进行实时分配,一次性调整多机架的压下量,可以迅速消除带钢头部段的厚度偏差,在计算再分配负荷时,充分考虑了负荷分配对板形的影响,从而避免了由于负荷分配调整导致的板形质量下降。生产实践证明,这一新方法可以在保证板形质量的前提下,快速、有效的消除头部厚度偏差,厚度超差段长度减少了50%以上。
Aiming at the practical problem that the thickness of the head deviates greatly due to the poor accuracy of the thickness setting model in current hot strip rolling production, this paper presents a fast monitoring AGC method based on real-time load distribution. The new method distributes the load in real time and adjusts the reduction of multiple racks at one time, which can quickly eliminate the thickness deviation of strip head section. When calculating the redistribution load, the influence of load distribution on the plate shape is fully considered, Thus avoiding the decline of plate shape due to load distribution adjustment. Production practice has proved that this new method can quickly and effectively eliminate the head thickness deviation under the premise of ensuring the plate shape quality, reducing the length of the over thickness section by more than 50%.
