采用５种实验性大鼠胃溃疡损伤模型，观察胃乐胶囊的抗溃疡作用。结果表明胃乐胶囊可降低水浸应激、幽门结扎、利血平、乙酸、乙醇所致的溃疡指标值，提示其对多种因素所致的胃溃疡损伤有防治作用；可增加大鼠胃液分泌量，但对胃酸和胃蛋白酶活性无明显影响。
Five experimental rat gastric ulcer injury models were used to observe the antiulcer effect of Weile Capsule. The results showed that Weile Capsule can reduce the index values of ulceration caused by water-immersion stress, pyloric ligation, reserpine, acetic acid, and ethanol, suggesting that it has a preventive and therapeutic effect on gastric ulcer caused by various factors; it can increase gastric juice in rats. Secretion, but no significant effect on gastric acid and pepsin activity.
