今年是中央企业应对金融危机,调整优化上水平的关键一年。自3月开始,132家中央企业按照中央要求和统一部署,参加第二批深入学习实践科学发展观活动。各中央企业利用开展学习实践科学发展观活动的契机,着力转变反腐倡廉工作中不适应、不符合科学发展要求的思想观念,解决影响制约企业发展和群众反映强烈的突出矛盾和问题。本刊特约请两位央企主要领导同志,针对本企业实际,谈谈落实科学发展观的做法和体会,供广大读者参考借鉴。
This year is a crucial year for the Central Government to deal with the financial crisis and to adjust and optimize the upper-class level. Since March, 132 central enterprises have deployed the second batch of in-depth study and practice of the scientific outlook on development in accordance with the requirements of the Central Government and unified deployment. All central enterprises make use of the opportunity of carrying out the activities of studying and practicing the scientific concept of development, and strive to change the ideas and concepts that are unsuitable and incompatible with the requirements of scientific development in the work on combating corruption and building a clean government, and resolve outstanding contradictions and problems that affect the development of enterprises and the masses’ strong reaction. We hereby request that the two leading leaders of central enterprises should specifically refer to the practice and experience of implementing the scientific concept of development in the light of the actual conditions of our enterprises for the reference of readers.
