研制了一种新型850MPa级碱性高强钢药芯焊丝,并对其熔敷金属的化学成分、力学性能及焊接工艺性能进行了试验研究。结果表明,该碱性焊丝具有焊缝成型美观、电弧稳定、飞溅少、熔敷效率高等优点;熔敷金属抗拉强度可达830~970 MPa,屈服强度大于745 MPa,伸长率大于14%,-50℃低温冲击吸收功高于27 J,满足GB/T17493-2008标准E830T5-K4M的要求,能够应用于相应强度等级钢结构的焊接,实际应用用户反映良好。
A new type of 850MPa alkaline high strength steel cored wire was developed. The chemical composition, mechanical properties and welding process performance of the deposited metal were studied. The results show that the alkaline welding wire has the advantages of beautiful appearance, stable arc, less spatter and high deposition efficiency. The tensile strength of the deposited metal is up to 830 ~ 970 MPa, the yield strength is more than 745 MPa, the elongation is more than 14% , The impact energy absorption at -50 ℃ is higher than 27 J, which meets the requirements of GB / T17493-2008 standard E830T5-K4M and can be applied to the welding of steel structures with corresponding strength grades. The practical applications reflect well.
