目的:了解2014年台州市居民恶性肿瘤的发病和死亡情况,为肿瘤防治工作提供基础信息及科学依据。方法:对2014年台州市恶性肿瘤发病及死亡数据库采用Excel 2007进行整理,并利用IBM SPSS Statistics 20软件进行恶性肿瘤发病和死亡统计分析。结果:2014年台州市恶性肿瘤报告发病率为12.22/10万,0~74岁累积发病率为26.02%、35~64岁截缩发病率为370.66/10万。恶性肿瘤报告死亡率为171.70/10万,0~74岁累积死亡率为11.70%、35~64岁截缩死亡率为142.23/10万。发病率居前10位的恶性肿瘤分别为肺癌、肠癌、胃癌、肝癌、宫颈癌、乳腺癌、前列腺癌、食管癌、脑瘤和胰腺癌。死亡率居前10位的恶性肿瘤分别为肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、肠癌、食管癌、宫颈癌、胰腺癌、白血病、脑瘤和乳腺癌。主要恶性肿瘤中除外乳腺、宫颈等性别特征性肿瘤,其余男性发病、死亡率均大于女性。从40岁年龄组开始各年龄组发病、死亡率随年龄呈现快速增长趋势,最高值出现在80岁年龄组,其后总体均略有所下降。结论:肺癌、消化系统肿瘤和乳腺癌、宫颈癌是危害台州市居民生命健康的主要恶性肿瘤,40岁以上居民尤其是男性为恶性肿瘤高危人群,应作为肿瘤防治工作重点。
Objective: To understand the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in Taizhou residents in 2014 and provide basic information and scientific basis for cancer prevention and treatment. Methods: The database of morbidity and mortality of malignant tumors in 2014 in Taizhou was sorted by Excel 2007, and the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors were analyzed by using IBM SPSS Statistics 20 software. Results: The incidence of malignant tumors in Taizhou City in 2014 was 12.22 / 100000, the cumulative incidence of 0-74 years old was 26.02%, and the incidence of truncation of 35-64 years old was 370.66 / 100000. Malignant tumor reported a mortality rate of 171.70 / 100 000, 0 to 74 cumulative mortality was 11.70%, 35 to 64-year-old shrinkage mortality was 142.23 / 100,000. The top 10 malignant tumors were lung cancer, intestinal cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, cervical cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, esophageal cancer, brain tumor and pancreatic cancer. The top 10 malignant tumors are lung cancer, liver cancer, stomach cancer, intestinal cancer, esophageal cancer, cervical cancer, pancreatic cancer, leukemia, brain tumor and breast cancer. In addition to the main malignant tumor of breast, cervix and other gender-specific tumors, the incidence of other men, the mortality rate was greater than women. From the 40-year-old age group onset of disease in all age groups, the mortality rate showed rapid growth trend with age, the highest value appeared in the 80-year-old group, followed by an overall decline. Conclusion: Lung cancer, digestive system cancer and breast cancer and cervical cancer are the major malignant tumors that endanger the life and health of residents in Taizhou. Residents over the age of 40, especially men, are at high risk for malignant tumors and should be the focus of cancer prevention and treatment.
