本文介绍一种测定棉籽饼中残留游离棉酚的反相高效液相色谱法并和紫外分光光度法相比较。用四氢呋喃提取棉籽饼中游离棉酚,然后在在μ-Bondapak C_(18)柱上进行分离,采用甲醇-水-磷酸(82:18:0.1)作为流动相。样品制备方法简单,回收率高,最小可检测量约为10ng,可测定棉籽饼中低至1μg/g的游离棉酚。
In this paper, an RP-HPLC method for the determination of free gossypol residues in cottonseed cake was introduced and compared with UV spectrophotometry. Free gossypol in cottonseed cake was extracted with tetrahydrofuran and then separated on μ-Bondapak C_ (18) column using methanol-water-phosphoric acid (82:18: 0.1) as the mobile phase. The method for sample preparation is simple and the recovery rate is high. The minimum measurable amount is about 10ng, and the free gossypol in cottonseed cake can be measured down to 1μg / g.
