以防止球铁焊接时出现的白口化为目的 ,选择含有石墨化促进元素 Ni的Fe- Ni合金 ,铸造出含 Ni量分别为 1 0 %、2 0 %、30 %、40 %、5 0 %的 5种焊条 (除 Ni外 ,焊条中还含有 4% Si、2 % C、1 % Al,其余为 Fe) ,对开有 V型坡口的厚 1 2 mmFCD 5 0 0球铁进行 TIG焊接 ,检查焊缝的白口化状态、测定其抗拉强度和疲劳极限。结果表明 ,用 73Fe- 2 0 Ni焊条施焊的焊缝虽然仍存在着少量马氏体 ,硬度稍稍偏高 ,但其抗拉强度达到 497MPa,疲劳极限达到 2 62 MPa,与母材的相同。这说明该种焊条既有较好的可焊性 ,又有较高的可靠性
