目的本研究通过对4 600例献血者检测,对几个因素的对照分析,确定引起丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)不合格的高危因素,从而决定献血前健康咨询筛检策略,根据不同人群选择不同的采血模式及对检测后检测结果进行科学的解释工作。方法选择连续监测法原理的酶标板速率法对献血者新鲜血浆进行ALT测定。结果包头市献血员男性的95%可信区间小于54.93 IU/L,女性小于38.48 IU/L;男性ALT不合格率(19.5%)高于女性(5.0%);体重大于75 kg的人群ALT不合格率(29.2%)高于45~75 kg人群(10.4%);军人及大专院校学生ALT不合格率低(分别为2.6%和1.6%);31~43岁年龄段不合格率(17.5%)高于18~30岁年龄段(12.8%)及44~55岁年龄段(15.7%);不同民族的ALT不合格率差异无统计学意义;包头市周边旗县区的ALT不合格率高于市区。结论不同人群ALT活性不同,应采取不同的献血前宣传咨询策略;采用不同的采血模式:正常体重的大专院校学生、军人、妇女适合针对ALT的非预检采血,高体重、男性、包头周边旗县区人群适合针对ALT的预检后当日采血模式。
Objective This study determined the risk factors for the failure of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) by testing 4 600 blood donors and comparing several factors to determine the pre-donation health counseling and screening strategy. According to the different population Choose different blood sampling patterns and test results after the test for scientific interpretation. Methods ALT was performed on fresh plasma of blood donors by using the method of continuous monitoring method and ELISA plate rate method. Results The 95% confidence interval of male blood donors in Baotou was less than 54.93 IU / L and the female was less than 38.48 IU / L. The ALT failure rates of male ALT (19.5%) were higher than those of female (5.0%), (29.2%) were higher than those in 45-75 kg (10.4%); unqualified ALT rates were lower in military and college students (2.6% and 1.6%, respectively); and the failure rate in the 31-43 age group was 17.5 %) Was higher than that of 18-30 years old (12.8%) and 44-55 years old (15.7%). There was no significant difference in ALT failure rate among different ethnic groups. The ALT failure rate in Qixian district around Baotou Higher than downtown. Conclusions Different ALT activities should be different among different populations. Different pre-donation counseling strategies should be adopted. Different blood sampling modes are adopted: college students, military personnel and women with normal body weight are suitable for non-pre-sampling of ALT, high body weight, Qixian District crowd suitable for ALT preflight blood collection mode on the day.
