目的:了解中学生对急救知识的掌握程度及获取急救知识途径,为开展中学生急救宣教提供科学依据。方法:应用自行设计的急救知识调查问卷,对某城镇中学873名初中学生进行调查。结果:初中学生急救电话知晓率为66.0%,且无性别、年级差异;中学生目前获取急救知识的主要途径是书籍杂志、学校教育;基本急救技能知识中,心脏按压频率、心脏按压部位、关节扭伤处理、人工呼吸频率知晓率分别为16.6%、23.1%、24.9%、34.6%,其余项知晓率在53.7%~88.2%;家庭突发事故急救知识中,酒精中毒急救、昏迷急救、强碱烧伤急救、烫伤急救知晓率分别为23.9%、29.7%、46.7%、46.8%,其余项知晓率在62.1%~89.5%;户外突发事故急救知识中,被狗咬伤急救知晓率为34.3%,其余项知晓率在62.7%~80.5%。结论:初中学生急救知识掌握状况参差不齐,急需开设初中学生急救知识讲座与技能培训,以提高初中学生急救知识与技能水平。
Objective: To understand the mastery degree of first aid knowledge of middle school students and the way of obtaining first aid knowledge, so as to provide a scientific basis for carrying out the first aid mission education of middle school students. Methods: Using self-designed questionnaire of first aid knowledge, 873 middle school students in a town middle school were investigated. Results: The awareness rate of emergency telephone for junior high school students was 66.0%, and there was no difference in gender and grade. The main ways for middle school students to obtain first aid were book magazines, school education, basic emergency skills knowledge, frequency of heart compression, heart pressure, joint sprain The awareness rates of treatment and respiration rate were 16.6%, 23.1%, 24.9% and 34.6%, respectively. The remaining awareness rates ranged from 53.7% to 88.2%. In the family accident emergency knowledge, alcohol poisoning first aid, coma and first aid, The awareness rate of first aid and scald first aid were 23.9%, 29.7%, 46.7% and 46.8%, respectively, while the remaining items were 62.1% ~ 89.5%. The awareness rate of first aid for outdoor emergency was 34.3% The remaining awareness of 62.7% ~ 80.5%. Conclusion: The situation of first aid knowledge of junior middle school students is uneven. There is an urgent need to set up junior high school students first aid knowledge lectures and skills training to improve the junior middle school students’ first aid knowledge and skills.
