目的探讨护理干预对治疗小肠吸收不良综合征疗效的影响。方法将42例小肠吸收不良综合征患者随机分成两组。对照组和干预组各21例。两组均给予相同的常规治疗，包括平衡膳食，应用Vitb12、叶酸等药物进行治疗，对照组在治疗的同时仅予常规护理，而干预组在治疗基础上采取全程的护理干预措施。结果对照组与干预组相比，干预组疗效明显优于对照组(<0.05)。结论提示全程的护理干预对治疗小肠吸收不良综合征患者的疗效有积极影响。“,”Objective To explore the curative ef ect of nursing intervention on treatment of smal intestinal malabsorption syndrome. Methods 42 patients with smal intestine malabsorption syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. The control group and intervention group (n =21). Two groups were given the same routine therapy, including a balanced diet, drug treatment, used this, folic acid, the control group in treatment at the same time, only to routine care, while the intervention group on the basis of treatment to the whole nursing intervention measures. Results Compared to the control group and intervention group, the ef ect of intervention group was obviously bet er than that of control group ( <0.05). Conclusion The whole nursing intervention on treatment the curative ef ect of patients with smal intestine malabsorption syndrome has a positive ef ect.
