目的：探讨脑膜瘤术后复发因素，以降低手术复发率。方法：对经手术和病理证实的14例脑膜瘤术后复发病例的初次手术切除分级、肿瘤部位、病理性质和再次手术中肿瘤周围硬脑膜所见等进行了分析研究。结果：肿瘤复发率高低主要与手术切除级别、局部硬脑膜多灶性病变有关，另外与肿瘤部位、肿瘤病理性质也有关。结论：术中争取全切肿瘤与受累的硬脑膜和颅骨，并同时适当扩大切除肿瘤边缘硬脑膜可降低术后复发率。
Objective: To explore the recurrence factors of meningioma in order to reduce the recurrence rate. Methods: 14 cases of meningioma confirmed by surgery and pathology after initial surgical resection and classification, tumor location, pathological features and reoperation of tumor around the dura mater were analyzed. Results: The recurrence rate was mainly related to the surgical resection level and local dural multifocal lesions. In addition, the tumor location and tumor pathology were also related. CONCLUSION: Surgery for full removal of the tumor and involved dura and skull, and appropriate expansion of the tumor at the same time the edge of the dura can reduce postoperative recurrence rate.
