目的了解北京市亚运村社区居民环境与生活满意度的变化趋势。方法2006年选择奥运会举办地亚运村社区15周岁以上常住居民进行入户问卷调查,获得有效问卷1 641份,同时对333名暂住居民进行横断面调查。2007年对常住居民随访,获得有效问卷1 583份,同时对410名暂住居民进行横断面调查,问卷包括基本信息、满意度调查等7个部分。结果北京市亚运村社区常住居民2007年环境与生活各领域表示满意的报告率均高于2006年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);常住居民2006年满意度最高的前3位分别为生活总体满意度(50.6%)、城市绿化(48.4%)及家庭住房条件(39.1%);2007年满意度最高的前3位分别为城市绿化(64.0%)、生活总体满意度(56.5%)及饮用水质量(48.5%);暂住居民环境与生活满意度2007年与2006年无明显变化。多元回归分析显示,医疗保障类型、是否常住居民、不同年度均为居民环境与生活满意度的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论北京市亚运村社区常住居民环境与生活满意度2007年比2006年有较大提升,社区周边环境的改善对居民生活满意度有较大影响。
Objective To understand the changing trend of environmental and life satisfaction of community residents in Beijing Asian Games Village. Methods In 2006, the residents who were over 15 years old in Asian Games Village community were selected to conduct questionnaire survey, and 1 641 valid questionnaires were obtained. At the same time, 333 temporary residents were surveyed by cross-sectional survey. In 2007, 1 583 valid questionnaires were obtained from regular residents. At the same time, 410 temporary residents were surveyed in a cross-sectional survey. The questionnaire included 7 parts such as basic information and satisfaction survey. Results The reported rate of satisfaction of resident and resident in Beijing Yayuncun community in all fields of environment and life in 2007 was higher than that in 2006 (P <0.01). The top three residents with highest satisfaction in 2006 were living Overall satisfaction (50.6%), urban afforestation (48.4%) and family housing conditions (39.1%). The top three cities with the highest satisfaction in 2007 were urban afforestation (64.0%), overall life satisfaction (56.5%) and Drinking water quality (48.5%); Temporary resident’s environmental and life satisfaction did not change significantly in 2007 and 2006. Multivariate regression analysis showed that the types of medical insurance, whether they are resident or not, are independent factors affecting the residents’ environmental and life satisfaction in different years (P <0.05). Conclusion The environmental and life satisfaction of residents living in community in Beijing Asian Games Village has been greatly improved in 2007 compared with 2006, and the improvement of community environment has a greater impact on residents’ life satisfaction.
