整合蛋白(integrin)是介导细胞-细胞外基质及细胞-细胞粘附的主要细胞表面受体家族,对细胞生长、肿瘤发生、发展、转移等都起到重要作用。整合蛋白具有重要的信号传导功能,能够联系细胞外微环境与细胞内的代谢活动,与其他生长调节因子共同参与对细胞生长、增殖的调控。在肿瘤细胞中,由于某些癌基因的异常激活及整合蛋白本身质、量、分布的异常,导致整合蛋白对细胞生长的正常调控作用遭到破坏,使细胞可不再依赖于停泊而生长。
Integrin is the major cell surface receptor family that mediates cell-extracellular matrix and cell-cell adhesion, and plays an important role in cell growth, tumorigenesis, development, and metastasis. Integrins have important signal transduction functions, which can link the extracellular microenvironment with intracellular metabolic activities, and participate in the regulation of cell growth and proliferation together with other growth regulators. In tumor cells, due to abnormal activation of certain oncogenes and abnormalities in the quality, quantity, and distribution of the integrins themselves, the normal regulation of integrin on cell growth is disrupted, so that cells can no longer rely on mooring for growth.
