目的 对哮喘患儿在吸入皮质激素的基础上加用卡介苗多糖核酸(BCG-PSN)注射和鼻腔喷雾,观 察患儿用药3个月后的指标变化,从而了解卡介苗多糖核酸鼻腔喷雾在哮喘治疗中的临床价值。方法 按标准常 规吸入皮质激素3个月后随机选择三组病例,第一组吸入皮质激素,完成27例,第二组BCG-PSN注射+吸入皮 质激素,完成16例,第三组BCG-PSN喷鼻+吸入皮质激素,完成25例;3个月后观察皮肤PPD试验和血清γ 干 扰素(IFN γ)和血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)的变化。结果 BCG-PSN注射组和BCG-PSN喷鼻组均可使部分 PPD患儿阴转阳、IFN-r显著升高和IL-4显著降低。结论 BCG-PSN喷鼻和BCG-PSN注射均可改变哮喘 患儿的免疫状态,缓解哮喘症状,且喷鼻途径更增加患儿的用药依从性,是值得关注的哮喘的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the changes of the indexes of children with asthma after BCG-PSN injection and nasal spray on the basis of inhaled corticosteroids for 3 months, so as to understand the effect of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid nasal spray on the treatment of asthma The clinical value. Methods Three groups of patients were randomly selected according to standard routine inhalation corticosteroids. The first group received inhaled corticosteroids in 27 cases, the second group injected BCG-PSN + inhaled corticosteroids, 16 cases completed, the third group BCG-PSN Nasal spray + inhaled corticosteroids, complete 25 cases; 3 months after the skin PPD test and serum interferon (IFN γ) and serum interleukin-4 (IL-4) changes. Results In BCG-PSN injection group and BCG-PSN nasal spray group, some patients with PPD had yin-yang, IFN-r and IL-4 significantly decreased. Conclusion Both BCG-PSN nasal spray and BCG-PSN injection can change the immune status of asthmatic children, relieve the symptoms of asthma, and the nasal route increases the medication adherence in children, which is worthy of attention to the treatment of asthma.
