在分析目前陶瓷辊道窑控制系统特点及对PROFIBUS现场总线的原理和应用充分研究的基础上,联系相关应用软件 STEP 7、WINCC等,提出基于PROFIBUS现场总线技术的陶瓷辊道窑控制系统,给出相应的PROFIBUS现场总线控制系统网络之总体构成方案,完成该网络的系统配置、组态设计和实现方案。从而真正体现现代陶瓷工业生产过程自动化的概念,实现陶瓷生产的先进控制及优化。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the current ceramic roller kiln control system and the thorough research on the principle and application of PROFIBUS field bus, the paper put forward the control system of ceramic roller kiln based on PROFIBUS fieldbus in connection with the related application software STEP 7, WINCC, Out of the corresponding PROFIBUS fieldbus control system network of the overall composition of the program to complete the network system configuration, configuration design and implementation of the program. So as to truly reflect the concept of automation in the production process of modern ceramic industry and realize the advanced control and optimization of ceramic production.
