2012年6月中央组织部印发《关于做好文件改版涉及干部人事档案有关工作的通知》(组通字[2012]28号)文件中明确规定自2012年7月起全面推行新版人事档案材料收集与整理,此项工作范围广、任务重。我省组织部也进行了全面培训与工作布置。人事档案改版工作作为重中之重摆在了人事档案工作者面前。本人就近半年来该项工作的开展与推进情况进行了回顾与思考。
