近几年来,渤海船舶重工有限责任公司加强高技能人才队伍的培养,为企业可持续发展提供了坚实的基础。一是加强高技能人才队伍建设提高公司核心竞争力和国际竞争力。二是加强高技能人才队伍建设促进公司与职工的协调发展。搞好公司改革,实现产业布局结构的调整和经济增长方式的根本性改变,把经济发展真正转到依靠科技进步和提高劳动者素质的轨道上来,对提高职工素质提出了更高要求。
