为进一步探讨二硫化碳(CS_2)对雄性生殖细胞的致突变效应是否能遗传子代,我们进行了CS_2染毒小鼠子代精母细胞染色体遗传易位的测定工作,在每天吸入6小时1000mg/m~3的CS_2共35天的条件下,没有发现F_0代和F_1代雄性小鼠的生育力降低。F_1代雄性小鼠的睾丸细胞遗传学分析均未发现其染色体有交互易位。
In order to further investigate whether CS2 can induce male offspring in germ cells, we performed the determination of chromosomal genetic translocation of spermatogenic progeny in CS 2 mice. After 6 hours inhalation of 1000 mg / m ~ 3 CS_2 a total of 35 days under the conditions, did not find F_0 generation and F_1 male mice reduced fertility. No testis cytogenetic analysis of F_1 male mice showed any reciprocal translocation in their chromosomes.
