作为中国最早推出饮食类图书的出版社,轻工社的图书见证了中国社会的变迁。2012年3月,中国轻工业出版社凭借《创意中国菜》《中国明星厨师创新菜》成为2011年世界美食图书大奖赛上唯一获奖的中国出版社,引起国际同行关注。这并不是中国轻工社在世界饮食出版舞台上的第一次露面。从2005年参加世界美食图书大奖赛开始,中国轻工社便以雄厚的实力屡获殊荣。中国轻工社总编辑杨西京表示,中国轻工社的获奖不仅向国际同行展示了中国饮食的独特风采,也让他真切的感受到饮食类图书在世界图书领域占有一定的重要位置,对中国饮食图书的出版更添信
As the first publisher of diet books in China, Light Industry Books has witnessed the changes in Chinese society. In March 2012, China Light Industry Press became the only award-winning Chinese publishing house at the 2011 World Food Books Grand Prix with the theme of “Creative Chinese Cuisine” and “Chinese Star Chef Innovative Cuisine”, attracting international colleagues’ attention. This is not the first appearance of China Light Industry Association on the world food publishing stage.
