本文通过对激光脉冲测距仪计数器读数的概率计算,给出读数概率的分布规律和概率>0.1%的读数的总数∑。导出了测距仪标准偏差 SD 的计算公式,数值计算的结果可提供计数器分辨率 d_0和信号起伏及噪声等因素所引起的标准偏差 sd 对 SD 影响的大致规律。最后提出一种确定 sd 的方法。
In this paper, the probability of the reading of the laser pulse range finder counter is calculated and the distribution law of the reading probability and the total number Σ of the readings with probability> 0.1% are given. The formula of standard deviation SD of the range finder is deduced. The result of the numerical calculation can provide the general rule that the standard deviation sd caused by the counter resolution d_0, the signal fluctuation and the noise and other factors affect the SD. Finally proposed a method to determine sd.
