In order to investigate the characteristics of climate change and its relationship with El Niño in Liaoning Province in recent 50 years, based on the precipitation and average annual temperature data of 23 meteorological stations in Liaoning Province from 1965 to 2013 and the tropical Pacific Ocean (SCS) characterizing the El Niño Southern Oscillation (ENSO) Table temperature anomaly and Southern Oscillation Index data were analyzed and analyzed by means of the climatic propensity index, MK mutation test and inverse distance weight interpolation. The results show that the precipitation in Liaoning Province decreased gradually from southeast to northwest in 1965-2013, The phenomenon of sudden change occurred within a certain period of time; the temperature had a significant upward trend and showed a trend of spatial increase from northeast to southwest; the change of precipitation was negatively correlated with the ENSO event intensity, while the change of temperature and ENSO event intensity did not Significant correlation.
