La/Gd对高磷条件下SD大鼠骨髓基质干细胞分化的不同效应(英文)

The physical and chemical properties of La and Gd are similar. Whether the similar properties exert a similar biological effect on bone metabolism when they are used in patients with renal insufficiency is a cause of concern to researchers. This article compared the effects of LaCl 3 and Gd Cl 3 on the differentiation of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) under high phosphorus conditions and explored the possible mechanism. The results showed that high concentration of LaCl_3 inhibited the differentiation of BMSCs at low concentration and promoted the expression of differentiation-related genes at high concentration, while GdCl_3 promoted cell differentiation. Further studies showed that calcium phosphate precipitate containing Lns was involved in the culture The different effects of La and Gd on cell differentiation were observed in this experiment. La and Gd have slight difference in atomic number, which makes Gd promote the precipitation more strongly. The amount of Gd-containing calcium phosphate particles adsorbed protein is less than that of La-containing calcium phosphate particles, resulting in the particle size of Gd containing particles Big. In conclusion, the different parts of the physico-chemical properties of the particles involved in Gd and La led to differences in cell differentiation between LaCl 3 and Gd Cl 3 in this experiment.
