将椰壳纤维、环氧包覆型聚磷酸铵(EAPP)与聚乳酸(PLA)进行熔融共混,得到一种环境友好型PLA阻燃复合材料。通过燃烧实验、热重分析(TGA)、极限氧指数(LOI)测试和差示扫描量热分析(DSC),研究了EAPP及椰壳纤维的添加对PLA复合材料阻燃性能和结晶性能的影响。结果表明:EAPP与椰壳纤维具有良好的协同阻燃作用,成炭效果显著。当加入10%椰壳纤维以及20%的EAPP后,PLA复合材料的LOI可达34.6%,UL94测试通过V-0级。另外,EAPP的加入显著提高了PLA基体的结晶速率和结晶度,说明EAPP对PLA基体起到了异相成核剂的作用。
The coconut shell fiber, epoxy-coated ammonium polyphosphate (EAPP) and polylactic acid (PLA) were melt blended to obtain an environment-friendly flame retardant PLA composite material. The effects of the addition of EAPP and coco fiber on the flame retardancy and crystallinity of PLA composites were studied by means of combustion test, TGA, LOI and DSC. . The results showed that: EAPP and coconut shell fiber has a good synergistic flame retardant effect, a significant effect of carbon formation. When 10% coconut fiber and 20% EAPP were added, the LOI of the PLA composites reached 34.6%, and the UL94 test passed the V-0 stage. In addition, the addition of EAPP significantly increased the crystallization rate and crystallinity of the PLA matrix, indicating that EAPP played a heterogeneous nucleating agent role on the PLA matrix.
