目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在颅内动脉瘤组织中的表达及其在颅内动脉瘤形成、发展中的作用。方法:采用SP免疫组化法,检测18例颅内动脉瘤标本和9例正常脑动脉血管组织中VEGF和MMP-9的表达。结果:颅内动脉瘤组中,VEGF和MMP-9的平均吸光值显著高于对照组,相比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);颅内动脉瘤组VEGF和MMP-9阳性表达率分别为89.5%和84.2%,对照组无阳性表达,两组相比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论:VEGF和MMP-9在颅内动脉瘤组织中有高表达,VEGF和MMP-9参与了颅内动脉瘤的形成和发展。通过检测VEGF和MMP-9的阳性表达可以为颅内动脉瘤的干预和治疗提供参考。
Objective: To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in intracranial aneurysms and its role in the formation and development of intracranial aneurysms. Methods: SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of VEGF and MMP-9 in 18 cases of intracranial aneurysms and 9 cases of normal cerebral arteries. Results: The average absorbance of VEGF and MMP-9 in intracranial aneurysm group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The positive rates of VEGF and MMP-9 in intracranial aneurysm group were 89.5% and 84.2%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: VEGF and MMP-9 are highly expressed in intracranial aneurysms. VEGF and MMP-9 are involved in the formation and development of intracranial aneurysms. By detecting the positive expression of VEGF and MMP-9 can provide a reference for the intervention and treatment of intracranial aneurysms.
