研究中药生脉饮与黄芩茎叶总黄酮合剂(以下简称生黄合剂)对病毒性心肌炎(VMC)小鼠免疫调节机制的影响,探讨生黄合剂治疗VMC的免疫调节机制。用柯萨奇病毒B组3型(CVB3)感染BALB/c小鼠建立VMC模型,随机分为正常组、生黄合剂治疗组、生脉饮组、抗病毒口服液组、病毒对照组。药物治疗组均灌胃给药,0.2ml/10g,一日2次。感染病毒10d后,应用HE染色观察各组小鼠心肌损伤情况及小鼠的生存情况,应用流式细胞术检测各组小鼠脾脏CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞水平。应用生黄合剂治疗后小鼠各脏器出现的病理性损伤明显减轻,CD3+及CD4+T细胞数量增加(P<0.05),CD4+/CD8+比值明显高于模型组(P<0.05)。生黄合剂可通过调节机体的T淋巴细胞比例来发挥其有益的免疫调节作用。
To study the effect of Shengmai Yin and Scutellaria baicalensis stem-leaf total flavonoids mixture (hereinafter referred to as Shenghuang Mixture) on the immunomodulatory mechanism of viral myocarditis (VMC) mice and to explore the immunomodulatory mechanism of Shenghuang Mixture on VMC. VMC models were established by inoculation of Coxsackie virus B group 3 (CVB3) into BALB / c mice and were randomly divided into normal group, Shenghuangji group, Shengmaiye group, antivirus oral liquid group and virus control group. Drug treatment group were intragastric administration, 0.2ml / 10g, 2 times a day. After infected with the virus for 10 days, HE staining was used to observe the myocardial injury and the survival of mice in each group. The levels of CD3 +, CD4 + and CD8 + T lymphocytes in spleens were detected by flow cytometry. Compared with model group, the ratio of CD3 + and CD4 + T cells increased significantly (P <0.05), and the ratio of CD4 + / CD8 + increased significantly in all organs of mice treated with Shenghuang Mixture. Sheng Huang Mixture by regulating the body’s T lymphocyte ratio to play its beneficial immune regulatory role.
