一、用林县粮食中分离的黄曲霉(As-pergillus flavus Link)发霉玉米面,长期喂饲35只Wistar大鼠。最短时间87天,最长时间740天。未诱发出任何脏器的肿瘤。因而认为,此种黄曲霉对大鼠无致癌性,与林县食管癌高发病率可能无关。二、用梨孢镰刀菌[Fusarium poae(Peck)Wr.]发霉的玉米面与未经发霉处理的玉米面按1:4混合,长期喂饲Wis-tar大鼠,最短时间52天,最长282天。37只中诱发出前胃乳头状瘤27例,发生率73.0％。脐样病灶18例,发生率48.6％。膀胱鳞状上皮细胞癌1例,发生率2.7％。对照组30只大鼠,存活时间最短者89天,最长者844天。任何脏器均无肿瘤形成。三、梨孢镰刀菌培养物的致瘤成份,可能不是亚硝胺,而是一种其它的耐热物质。对大鼠前胃鳞状上皮有选择性致瘤作用,对腺胃上皮无致瘤作用。四、梨孢镰刀菌诱癌过程中,大鼠前胃的炎症反应,颇属常见,发生率为40.5％,可能与前胃肿瘤的发生是一种并发现象。
1. Aspergillus flavus Link was used to mold mild cornmeal in Linxian County and 35 Wistar rats were fed for a long time. The shortest time is 87 days and the longest time is 740 days. No tumor of any organ was induced. Therefore, it is believed that this type of Aspergillus flavus is not carcinogenic to rats and may not be related to the high incidence of esophageal cancer in Linxian County. Second, the use of Fusarium poae (Peck) Wr. moldy cornmeal and moldy corn noodles mixed 1:4, long-term feeding Wis-tar rats, the shortest time 52 days, up to 282 days . Thirty-seven of the 37 cases had prodromal papilloma and the incidence was 73.0%. Umbilical lesions in 18 cases, the incidence rate of 48.6%. One case of bladder squamous cell carcinoma, the incidence of 2.7%. The control group of 30 rats, the shortest survival time was 89 days, the longest 844 days. No tumor was formed in any of the organs. Third, the tumorigenic components of Pythium spp. culture may not be nitrosamines, but rather a heat-resistant substance. It has a selective tumorigenic effect on the squamous epithelium of the rat’s pregastric gland and no tumorigenic effect on the glandular and gastric epithelium. In the course of carcinogenesis of Pythium spp., the inflammatory reaction of the rat’s anterior stomach is quite common, with an incidence of 40.5%, which may be related to the occurrence of anterior gastric tumor.
