作者从1983年～1985年治疗病程1个月以内的首次发病的66例突发性耳聋病人,开始全部用氢化可的松,辅助以维生素B和ATP,治疗3～5天后,听力有改善趋势者,继续上述治疗;无改善者加用纤溶疗法,给予尿激酶(urokinase),总量108万单位,个别视年龄和体质酌减半量。治疗方针为:氢化可的松250mg、Vit B_2·20mg、Vit B_(12) 500μg、ATP40mg静滴4～5天,后将氢化可地松改为100mg(其他不变)再静滴4～5天,之后口服氢化
