本文给出了一种数值方法来分析和讨论复合材料非线性效应对层合板承载能力 的影响,在此方法中所采用的非线性本构关系是考虑横向和剪切方向非线性修正的 Hahn-Tsai表达式,后继破坏刚度退化准则是修正的Tsai Hill刚度退化准则.在 非线性迭代中采用了变步长载荷增量法和修正Newton Raphson迭代法以本文方 法预测的各种铺设次序层合板的承载能力值(极限载荷)与实验值比较.两者附合 得很好,从而说明了本文提出的方法的有效性。
This paper presents a numerical method to analyze and discuss the influence of non-linear effects of composite materials on the bearing capacity of laminates. The nonlinear constitutive relation used in this method is the Hahn- Tsai expression, the criterion of subsequent failure stiffness degradation is a modified Tsai Hill stiffness degradation criterion. In the nonlinear iterative process, the variable step-size load increment method and the modified Newton Raphson iterative method are used to compare the load capacity values (limit loads) of the various lay-laying plates predicted by this method with the experimental values. The combination of the two is very good, thus illustrating the effectiveness of the proposed method.
