本文介绍一种Goode氏T形管长期放入中耳腔维持中耳通气。该管用硅胶制成,长12m m,内径1.1m m,开口在T形两臂的联结处。用以治疗慢性咽鼓管(E.T.)功能不良患者73例,其中慢性渗出性中耳炎65例,鼓膜后上严重内陷者8例;年龄15岁以下的54例,其中做过腭裂修补的20例。插入前先将管的长度减到6～8 mm以使管口正好位于外耳道峡部中间。置管万法为于全麻下在鼓膜紧张部前下方放射状切开,用鳄鱼钳夹住T形管的横臂(flanges),通过放射状切口插入中耳腔,注意保证其横臂充分膨胀并与中耳底部平行。每隔4个月用耳镜检查并做纯音测听
This article describes a Goode’s T-tube placed in the middle ear cavity to maintain middle ear ventilation. The tube is made of silicone, 12m long, 1.1m ID, open at the junction of the T-shaped arms.
