一、三种自创训练方法1.在学生初学阶段,技术结构处于分化过程时,利用我校运动场旁现成的小台阶,教师发出信号,2~3人一组同时采用蹲踞式起跑上台阶。教师同时不断地讲解、示范和纠正学生的错误动作。具体方法是:统一以台阶的最下一级台阶边后移20厘米左右将一直线作为起点线,教师统一发令,2~3名学生完成蹲踞式起跑,快速蹬地上台阶。要求一阶一步快频率地往上跑,不能跨越每个台阶。身体稍前倾低头看前面2~3级(面约1.5米)台阶处,快速摆臂一气呵成。优点:由于人往上跑,身体重心很自然向前倾斜,无形中就起到了降低重心,加快频率的作用,稍低头能避免踏空台阶受伤。经过一段时间的训练,学生的腿部力量明显增强,更重要的是能较快地领会起跑、疾跑技术动作要领,为过渡到下一阶段训练做好准备。2.当学生的技术动作由分化进入巩固过程时,
