1 育龄、妊娠、哺乳期妇女核医学检查可能受到的影响核医学检查包括体内和体外两种方法。后者主要指放免分析,受检者不受射线照射。体内诊断方法主要是影像诊断,国内主要设备是SPECT,约250台左右,每年受检人数在百万人次以上,其中育龄、妊娠、哺乳期妇女约占10%左右。SPECT所应用到的放射性药物90%以上是锝标记物(半衰期为6.02小时,单一纯γ射线,能量140Kev),少部分是~(131)Ⅰ(半衰期为8.04天,81%为γ射线,能量是364Kev)及~(201)TL半衰期
