目的:观察亚历山大矫治技术治疗安氏Ⅱ类1分类(AngleⅡ1)错畸形的临床效果。方法:对15例AngleⅡ1错畸形患者在拔除4个第一前磨牙后,采用亚历山大技术进行矫治,矫治前后拍摄X线头颅侧位片定位,并对矫治前后软硬组织的变化进行分析。结果:矫治后上下前牙突度和倾斜度明显减少,UI-SN角减少,UI-LI角、鼻唇角增大,上唇厚度增加而突度减少,上下磨牙垂直向及矢状向支抗得到很好的控制。结论:亚历山大矫治技术主要是利用拔牙间隙减少上前牙唇倾度,矫治过程中有效控制支抗,对面部骨骼无影响,面部侧貌明显改善。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Alexander's orthodontic treatment of Angle Ⅱ 1 malocclusion. Methods: Fifteen patients with Angle Ⅱ malocclusion underwent extraction of four first premolar teeth and treated with Alexander technique. The X - ray cephalometric images were taken before and after correction. The changes of the soft and hard tissues before and after correction were analyzed. Results: The angle and inclination of the upper and lower anterior teeth were significantly reduced, the UI-SN angle was decreased, the UI-LI angle and nasolabial angle were increased, the thickness of the upper lip was increased and the protrusion was decreased. The vertical and sagittal support Get well controlled. Conclusion: Alexander orthodontic technique mainly utilizes extraction space to reduce the lip inclination of the anterior lip, and effectively control the support during the orthodontic treatment. It has no effect on facial bones and facial contour obviously.
