本文通过观察厚朴三物汤中各单味中药、复方汤剂及分煎合液的化学成分变化,探讨复方药物的内在质量。实验用聚酰胺薄层扫描法测定了厚朴三物汤中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的含量,比较了厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的溶出率和损失率。结果表明,在一定扫描条件下,复方汤剂有与厚朴酚、和厚朴酚一致的峰形;分煎合液与复方的峰形相差甚远。三物汤中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的含量为0.05mg/ml和0.08mg/ml左右,溶出率仅为6.30%和8.63%,而单味厚朴汤和分煎合液的含量和溶出率则明显下降。
In this paper, the intrinsic quality of the compound drug was explored by observing the changes of the chemical composition of each Chinese herbal medicine, compound decoction and decoction in Houpu Sanwu Decoction. The content of magnolol and honokiol in Magnolia sanwu decoction was measured by the polyamide thin-layer scanning method, and the dissolution rate and loss rate of honokiol and honokiol were compared. The results showed that under certain scanning conditions, the compound decoction had the same peak shape with honokiol and honokiol; the difference between the decoction solution and the compound peak shape was very far. The contents of magnolol and honokiol in Sanwu Tang are 0.05mg/ml and 0.08mg/ml, the dissolution rate is only 6.30% and 8.63%, respectively, and the content and dissolution rate of the decoction of single-flavour soup and decoction It is significantly reduced.
