为了改善我县农村儿童的膳食结构,促进膳食平衡,提高其生长发育和智力发育水平,于1990年对城关镇的4个行政村的2~5岁儿童做了膳食调查,找出了存在的问题,实施了一系列的改善措施.1994年进行了期末调查和效果评价,儿童所需营养素基本上达到了供给量标准,营养状况有了明显的提高.1 调查对象和方法随机抽取我县城关镇4个行政村的2~5岁儿童为调查对象,采用称重和询问结合法进行期初和期末各72小时的连续膳食调查,根据食物成分表计算出每人每日的热量及各种营养素的摄入量,与我国营养学会1988年修订的标准进行比较.两次调查期间实施了一系列的营养改善措施:一是建立健全县、乡、村三级
