昆明江东和谐广场B,D栋建筑总高度249.85m,下部为框架-核心筒结构,上部为钢结构,属超限高层建筑。针对结构高度超限,采用基于性能的抗震设计,并对结构进行弹塑性分析,在宏观上把握结构薄弱部位,有针对性地采取加强措施。计算结果表明,结构的工作状态和性能均能达到设计的预期性能目标和规范要求。
Kunming Jiangdong Harmony Square B, D building total height of 249.85m, the lower part of the framework - the core tube structure, the upper part of the steel structure, is an overrun high-rise buildings. In view of the structural height overrun, the performance-based seismic design is adopted, and the structure is elastically and elastically analyzed. The structurally weak parts are grasped macroscopically and the reinforcement measures are taken in a targeted manner. The calculation results show that both the working status and the performance of the structure can meet the expected performance objectives and specifications of the design.
