目的研究12导联心电图QRS波在计算机身份识别中的应用价值。方法选择18岁以上健康成年人12导联心电图2 500份,每份心电图每个导联选择一次波形清晰、可辨的心动周期,观察记录P波、QRS波、T波的形态特征并进行综合分析。结果2 500份心电图中:①P波、T波分别有30 000个,2种波形均为单波形态,波形较QRS波低小,甚至平坦不能明视,且影响因素多,波形变化大,变异度大。②有30 000个QRS波,QRS波为综合波形,其中简单波29 347个(97.8%);复杂波653个(2.2%),QRS波波形高大,影响因素少,波形变化小、变异度小。结论心电图P波、T波波形小、变化大,变异度大,不适合作为身份识别的指征;而QRS波波形大、变化小、变异度小,适合作为计算机快速身份识别的指征。
Objective To study the value of 12-lead ECG QRS wave in computer identification. Methods We selected 2 500 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) of healthy adults over 18 years old. Each ECG of each electrocardiogram selected a clear and discernable cardiac cycle. The morphological characteristics of P wave, QRS wave and T wave were recorded and integrated analysis. Results Among 2 500 ECGs, ① there were 30 000 P wave and T wave respectively. Both of the two waveforms were in single wave form. The waveforms were lower than QRS wave and even underestimated. The influencing factors were numerous and the waveform changed greatly Degree ② There are 30 000 QRS waves and the QRS waves are integrated. Among them, 29 347 (97.8%) are simple waves, 653 (2.2%) are complex waves, the waveform of QRS waves is large, the influencing factors are few, the waveform changes little and the variation degree is small . Conclusion ECG wave P wave, T wave small, large changes, large variation, not suitable for identification as an indication; and QRS wave large, small changes, small variation, suitable as an indicator of rapid computer identification.
