近年来,小学学校的地位日益提升,同时社会各界也对小学学生的发展变得十分关注,其中小学的学生发展是学校发展十分重要的组成部分,为了更好的促进学生的进步和发展,在科学发展观视野下必须以学生为中心,完善学生的管理模式,进而为学生发展提供更好的发展机遇和平台。想要让学生获得更好的发展就要建设良好的校园文化。对于这一问题有很多专家学者提出一些建议,本文就小学校园文化建设的现状与对策探析进行简要分析。
