为了探讨降低甜瓜制种过程中秕籽、空壳数量,从而提高其采种量的问题,以我国长江中下游地区甜瓜主栽品种之一中甜1号为试材,春秋两季分别于苗期和花期对各处理小区甜瓜依次喷施3种或2种浓度硼砂水液,研究硼肥对提高采种量的影响。结果表明:以喷施0.2%硼砂水液处理的效果最佳,较明显降低了秕籽、空壳数,使甜瓜采种量提高9.7%~14.5%,但对提高种子千粒质量没有明显作用。
In order to discuss the problem of reducing the quantity of seeds and shells in the process of melon seed production, and to increase the amount of seeds collected, we selected Zhongzhong 1, a major melon cultivar in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River as test material, And flowering of melon in each plot were sprayed with three or two concentrations of borax aqueous solution to study the impact of boron fertilizer to increase the amount of seed collection. The results showed that spraying 0.2% borax water solution had the best effect, obviously reducing the seeds and shell number of seeds, increasing the seed collecting rate of melon by 9.7% ~ 14.5%, but had no significant effect on improving the quality of seeds.
