采用黑曲霉和固体酸协同水解速生杨木粉制备乙酰丙酸,在相同的工艺条件下,经过酶解处理后乙酰丙酸的得率可提高5.17%。最佳酶解条件为:温度50℃、杨木粉粒度120目、酶液用量30U/g和反应时间8h。以SO42--TiO2/粘土固体酸为催化剂水解酶解液及残渣制备乙酰丙酸,采用响应面分析方法对反应温度、反应时间和固体酸用量等主要因素进行了优化分析,得到了合成乙酰丙酸的最佳工艺条件。研究结果显示:当反应温度为242℃、反应时间为27min、固体酸用量为4.4%时,乙酰丙酸的得率可达到23.32%。
Aspergillus niger and solid acid synergistic hydrolysis of poplar wood flour prepared levulinic acid, under the same process conditions, after levulinic acid treatment yield increased 5.17%.
