在医院的发展过程中,后勤服务质量跟不上、运行效率低、缺少保障能力等方面是制约医院高效、集约化运营的重要因素。医院的后勤管理应当以提高后勤体系的效率和效益为核心,在内部管理系统下大力实施医院后勤改革措施,这是适应社会主义市场经济发展趋势的必然要求,也是全面提高医院管理水平、增强医院核心竞争力的根本需要。本文分析了现阶段我国医院后勤管理所面临的巨大问题,阐述了在内部管理系统下加强医院后勤服务质量的必要性,研究了加强医院后勤服务质量的措施。寄希望于对我国医院后勤改革具有参考性作用。
