近年来,青工不愿学习技术、技术绝活失传、技术岗位后继乏人等问题已成为困扰企业发展的重要因素。青工学技术积极性为何不高?笔者于去年8月在我矿部分青年技术工人中中做了调查。从调查情况看,青工不愿学技术即有青工自身原因,也有外部环境的影响,具体有以下几点: 一、不思进取,信奉中庸之道。一部分青工缺乏理想,没有向前奔的劲头,“知足常乐”。他们认为人的精力有限,追求过多,也容易使自己从希望到失望,最后到绝望。还有一部分青工认为进入企业后就意味着自己终身工作有了保障,满师、晋级将随着时间累计而累进,无需努力、竞争。二、追求实惠,价值观念倾斜。商品经济的发展,使部分青年社会价值参照系发生变化。他们认为,“技不在提、有钱则行”。他们受社会价值导向不合理的影响,不安心本职工作。有的青工、本职技术不学,
