目的对白花败酱草的化学成分进行研究。方法通过大孔吸附树脂、Sephadex LH-20、反相HPLC等多种色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行鉴定。结果从白花败酱草的体积分数70%乙醇提物中分离得到了9个化合物,分别为(E,4R)-4-hydroxy-4,5,5-trimethyl-3-(3-oxobut-1-enyl)cyclohex-2-enone(1),vomifoliol(2),cis-4-hydroxymellein(3),dehydrovomifoliol(4),野鸦椿素A(5),黑麦草内酯(6),对甲氧基苯甲醇(7),sphenanthin A(8)和尿素(9)。结论化合物1~7为首次从败酱属中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Patrinia. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by macroporous resin, Sephadex LH-20 and reversed-phase HPLC, and identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Nine compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of 70% ethanol extract of Paeonia suffruticosa. They were (E, 4R) -4-hydroxy-4,5,5-trimethyl- 3- -enyl) cyclohex-2-enone (1), vomifoliol (2), cis-4-hydroxymellein (3), dehydrovomifoliol (4), bromelain A (5), ryegrass lactone (6) Oxybenzyl alcohol (7), sphenanthin A (8) and urea (9). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 7 were isolated from Patrinia for the first time.
