黄酮及其衍生物具有广泛的药理活性。研究了重铬酸钾与黄酮反应的最佳条件,建立重铬酸钾测定蕨麻黄酮含量的方法。结果表明:4个因素的影响次序为反应时间>反应温度>反应酸度>重铬酸钾浓度,最佳的反应条件为25 min,75℃,强酸性条件;该方法可确定线性方程为A=0.597 1-0.048 4C×10~(-5)(g/mL),相关系数为0.996,线性范围为0.00~12.2×10~(-5)g/mL,RSD为2.01%(n≥6),检出限为1.221×10~6 g/mL,加样回收率98.2%~102.5%之间,该方法可以用来测定蕨麻中黄酮类化合物的含量。
Flavonoids and their derivatives have a wide range of pharmacological activities. The optimum conditions for the reaction of potassium dichromate with flavonoids were studied. A method for the determination of content of flavonoids in ferulae by potassium dichromate was established. The results showed that the order of influence of the four factors was reaction time>reaction temperature>reaction acidity>potassium dichromate concentration, the best reaction conditions were 25 min, 75°C, and strong acidity conditions; this method could determine the linear equation as A= 0.597 1-0.048 4C×10-5 (g/mL), the correlation coefficient was 0.996, the linear range was 0.00-12.2×10-5 g/mL, and the RSD was 2.01% (n≥6). The detection limit was 1.221×10~6 g/mL, and the recoveries were between 98.2% and 102.5%. This method can be used to determine the content of flavonoids in Potentilla.
