党的自我监督是新形势下全面从严治党、扎紧制度笼子、强化党内监督、重构政治生态的重要基础。打铁还需自身硬,信任不能代替监督。党章赋予纪律检查委员会权威地位和重要职责,这既是信任也是考验。要不断推动纪检监察机关治理体系和治理能力建设,既要在思想观念、组织纪律、作风建设上绷紧这根弦,更要在加强党委全面从严治党主体责任,履行对纪委的具体日常监督上下足功夫,当好第一责任人。
