以典型稻麦两熟制农田为研究对象,分析猪粪、沼液替代化肥对土壤不同层次总有机质、活性有机质的影响,并计算各处理的碳库活度、活度指数和碳库管理指数。结果表明,以常规施肥为参照,100%猪粪和50%猪粪替代化肥处理均显著增加了0-20cm土壤总有机质、活性有机质含量,分别提高了54.58%,57.83%和21.82%,22.08%(p<0.05),进而显著提高了土壤碳库管理指数,分别提高了60.31%和22.70%(p<0.05)。100%沼液和50%沼液替代化肥处理也提高了0-20cm土壤碳库管理指数,分别提高了22.56%和3.07%,主要是由于沼液替代化肥措施改善了土壤有机质活度,其活度指数较常规施肥分别提高了16.57%和8.00%。可见,采用猪粪、沼液替代化肥措施均不同程度地提高了土壤碳库管理指数,对改善稻麦两熟制农田土壤有机质质量有重要作用。
The typical two-cropping system of rice and wheat was used as the research object to analyze the effects of pig manure and biogas slurry fertilizer on the total organic matter and active organic matter in different layers of soil. The results showed that total organic matter and active organic matter content increased by 54.58%, 57.83% and 21.82% and 22.08% respectively in 0-20cm soil with 100% pig manure and 50% (p <0.05), which significantly increased the soil carbon pool management index by 60.31% and 22.70%, respectively (p <0.05). It can be seen that using pig manure and biogas slurry instead of chemical fertilizers all improved the soil carbon pool management index to varying degrees and played an important role in improving soil organic matter quality in the two-cropping system.
