B组链球菌、肺炎链球菌和流感杆菌等细菌引起的新生儿感染,临床表现常类似呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS),通常需进行病原学检查,其中包括脑脊液(CSF)检查。但对腰穿的价值迄今还无定论。材料、方法和结果作者回顾性调查了美国某NICU1983,05~1985,05年间生后24小时内,具有RDS临床表现,白细胞计数<10×10~9/L及杆状核/多形核细胞比值>0.2的238例新生儿。其中38例体重<1000g,153例在1001~2500g,47例>2501g。所有患儿都做了血培养;203例采集了CSF,71例为血性CSF。采血和CSF前,患儿既未经过胎盘也未在生后用过抗生素。
Neonatal infections caused by bacteria such as Streptococcus group B, Streptococcus pneumoniae and Influenza bacilli are often clinically similar to respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) and usually require etiological tests, including cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) tests. However, the value of the waist wear so far still no conclusion. Materials, methods and results The authors retrospectively investigated the clinical manifestations of RDS, white blood cell count <10 × 10 ~ 9 / L and rod / nuclear / polymorphonuclear cells within 24 hours after birth in a NICU from 1983 to 2005 in China. 238 newborns with odds> 0.2. 38 cases of body weight <1000g, 153 cases in 1001 ~ 2500g, 47 cases> 2501g. All children underwent blood culture; 203 patients had CSF collected and 71 patients had bloody CSF. Before blood collection and CSF, the child had neither used the antibiotics nor the placenta nor after birth.
