针对铁路行业职业道德的特殊性和电气化铁路三高一多的工作环境,高职电气化铁道技术专业依据广州供电段需要,校企合作实施分段式顶岗实习改革,采取将企业文化融入顶岗实习;建立企业学徒制和网络教师团队;丰富顶岗实习内容和形式;突出职业道德素质考核评价权重等措施,全过程、多方位、深层次贯穿和渗透职业道德教育,切实提高学生核心竞争力.“,”Considering specific characteristics of professional morality and work environment of electric railway in the railway industry,teachers from Electric railway technology of Guangzhou Institute of Railway Technology,by means of school-enterprise cooperation to implement multi-stage work placements reform,take measures such as penetrating the enterprise culture into practice,establishing enterprise apprenticeship and network teachers team,enriching internship content and form and highlighting occupation moral quality according to the needs on Guangzhou power supply section.“Overall process,multi-direction,deep-level” penetrate the occupation moral education into general education to improve students\' core competitiveness.
