目的观察zinc finger protein 266(ZNF266)基因在不同生物学行为非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung carci-noma,NSCLC)组织中的表达水平并探讨其在NSCLC发生、发展及淋巴结转移中的意义。方法选取30例不伴有淋巴结转移的NSCLC原发灶及癌旁正常组织标本和30例伴有淋巴结转移的NSCLC原发灶及淋巴结转移灶标本,采用SABC免疫组织化学三步法检测各组标本中ZNF266基因的蛋白表达水平。结果 ZNF266蛋白表达在NSCLC组织中阳性表达率显著高于癌旁正常肺组织(40%vs 7%,P<0.01);在伴有淋巴结转移的原发灶中的表达明显高于不伴有淋巴结转移的原发灶(67%vs 40%,P<0.05);淋巴结转移灶中ZNF蛋白表达水平明显高于原发灶(93%vs 40%,P<0.05)。结论 ZNF266基因可能参与了NSCLC的发生、发展及淋巴结转移。
Objective To investigate the expression of zinc finger protein 266 (ZNF266) gene in different biological behaviors of non-small cell lung carci-noma (NSCLC) and to explore its significance in the occurrence, development and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC . Methods Thirty cases of primary NSCLC and adjacent normal tissue without lymph node metastasis and 30 cases of primary NSCLC and lymph node metastasis with lymph node metastasis were selected and detected by SABC immunohistochemical method In ZNF266 gene protein expression levels. Results The positive expression rate of ZNF266 protein in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal lung tissues (40% vs 7%, P <0.01). The expression of ZNF266 protein in primary lesions with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues without lymph node metastasis (67% vs 40%, P <0.05). The expression of ZNF protein in lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in primary tumor (93% vs 40%, P <0.05). Conclusion ZNF266 gene may be involved in the occurrence, development and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC.
