健美操的产生与发展起源于人类对人体健与美的追求,它的发展史与人类审美观的形成是密切相关的[1]。当前,健美操运动得到了人们的广泛认同,大学的健美操教学深受大学生的喜爱。本文指出了健美操运动教学体现的独特美感,使大学生达到锻炼身体和塑造身体姿态和体型,使体态富有美感。大学生健美操教学使大学生充分展现自我的个性和运动的力量美。阐释了健美操教学能够提高大学生的审美高度,这表现在:1、健美操教学培养大学生的审美感受能力,2、健美操教学提升大学生的审美鉴赏力,3、健美操教学提升大学生的审美创造力。因此,高校体育教师应重视大学生的健美操教学,并运用健美操教学不断提升大学生的审美高度。本文的研究具有实际应用价值和现实意义。
The birth and development of aerobics originated from the human pursuit of human health and beauty, and its development history is closely related to the formation of human aesthetics [1]. At present, aerobics has been widely recognized by people, college aerobics teaching popular with college students. This paper points out the unique beauty of aerobics teaching, which enables college students to exercise and shape their body posture and body shape so that the body shape is full of beauty. College students aerobics teaching so that students fully demonstrate their own personality and the power of sports beauty. Explain the aerobics teaching can improve the aesthetic level of college students, which is manifested in: 1, aerobics teaching to cultivate the aesthetic feeling of college students, 2, aerobics teaching to enhance the aesthetic appreciation of students, 3, aerobics teaching to enhance the aesthetic creation of college students force. Therefore, college PE teachers should attach importance to college students aerobics teaching, and use aerobics teaching to continuously improve the aesthetic level of college students. The research in this paper has practical value and practical significance.
