[目的]探讨康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗酒精相关性胃黏膜损伤的临床效果。[方法]选取2013年10月~2014年10月来我院消化内科门诊治疗的98例考虑酒精相关性胃黏膜损伤患者,按照随机双盲对照的原则分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组采取雷贝拉唑治疗,观察组采取康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗,对比2组不同方案的治疗效果及内镜下黏膜改善情况。[结果]对照组和观察组均取得了一定的临床疗效,但观察组治疗效果和胃黏膜修复情况更显著,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对酒精相关性胃黏膜损伤患者在治疗上采用康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗,能够有效促进损伤黏膜修复,提高患者的临床治愈率,值得临床应用。
[Objective] To explore the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Solution combined with Rabeprazole on alcohol-related gastric mucosal lesion. [Methods] A total of 98 patients with alcohol-related gastric mucosal injury who were treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were enrolled in this study. Patients in control group and observation group were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random double-blind control Take rabeprazole treatment, the observation group to take rehabilitation of the new liquid combined with rabeprazole treatment, two groups compared the efficacy of different treatment and endoscopic mucosal improvement. [Results] Both the control group and the observation group achieved certain clinical efficacy, but the treatment effect and the gastric mucosa repair were more obvious in the observation group and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The treatment of alcohol-related gastric mucosal injury with Kangfuxin solution combined with rabeprazole can effectively promote mucosal injury repair and improve the clinical cure rate of patients, which deserves clinical application.
